Collin County’s rapid residential and commercial growth demands a modern, highly skilled local workforce. Proposition A authorizes a $600 million bond that finances Phases II and III of Collin College’s Destination 2030 master plan — closing the region’s skilled trades and workforce gap without raising the property tax rate.
